"A GOAL WITHOUT A TIMELINE IS ONLY A DREAM."

GOTCHA! THIS MADE ME REALIZE A LOT OF THINGS! :)

Yesterday I was invited by my friend, Diane, to join attend their cell group for bible study. Since I wasn't able to attend my group last Tuesday, and I REALLY REALLY NEED WISDOM, I have went there.

I have encountered a couple of lessons and these quotes helped me a lot:

-- I am a girl with a lot of dreams. If we were to share our future plans, be sure to allot a week or two for me to explain everything.

Since yesterday, I realized that dreaming isn't only about having dreams and aiming for your future success. I have been working hard for my future, having a pre-action for every dream I want to achieve. But we have to remember that we should have a target "time" and challenge ourselves if we can attain our certain goal on the time we have set it to be attained. :) And this will I work on real soon, most likely during our sembreak. This one's exciting! *drools*

"A MAN WITHOUT A VISION IS DEAD."

-- First, I want to differentiate Mission and Vision.

Mission is "what we are tasked to do."

Vision is "what we want to become."

The two really sounds different. The action we are doing to achieve our goals falls under "Mission". We think that we need to do this, this, and that for us to be successful. We set on our mind that if we have done this, this, and that, we can be already assured of being successful. But how about seeing ourselves on a position that we would likely to be at? Yes, we have the full effort and hard work but these things are not enough.

Have you noticed that I have written "Mission" first before "Vision"? And yet "Vision" should really came first. Your school's Vision Mission; A company's Vision Mission; And you, yourself's Vision Mission in life. I guess you already thought that actions are useless without vision. You should think first of what you want to become then after, set your tasks and act on it! If you don't have a vision, you're dead man! =P~ Remember, your plans doesn't make it all.

I hope you have learned something from this. Be inspired! Dream big but have a vision first! :D
